Thursday 16th August 18.00 & 19.00
Winston describes his MegaBall workout as an exciting, hi-octane, unique and challenging, muscular strength and core body workout, all set to some pumping Dancehall Reggae tunes.
Yes you will sweat. You will wobble, and there will be loads of fun and Laughter.
Classes are open to members and non members.
