As part of this refurbishment, the gym will be closed on Thursday 8th December from 06.30 - 10.30. We apologise for this short interruption in the opening hours whilst we complete the refurbishment ready for your enjoyment.

To ensure you are able to still access your morning workout on the 8th December, we are putting on an extra class - Bootcamp in Studio 3 from 06.30 – 07.15.

The pools will also be open for early morning swimming and all classes including Spinning from 07.00 – 07.30 will be running as normal.
