The Awards celebrates individuals, teams and clubs for their achievements in sports – from grassroots to professional levels alike. The aim is to give recognition to all those unsung sporting heroes who deserve credit for their commitment to their sports.

The award categories cater for hard-working sportsmen and sportswomen of all ages. These are as follows:

• Senior team of the year
• Community club of the year
• Coach of the year
• Disability sports performer of the year
• Outstanding services to sport in Gloucestershire
• Senior sports player of the year.
