Aspire Sports and Cultural Trust (AS&CT) are inviting suitably qualified organisations to tender for the opportunity to provide and host a Payroll Bureau service and integrated HR portal for its business.

AC&ST employs 173 employees and is looking for a contract partner to:
•    Provide and manage an effective Payroll service to its staff and those that need to be remunerated through the payroll system;
•    Provide and implement a Human Resource ICT system that is integral to the Payroll service system

The Charitable Trust is looking to forge a partnership with a service provider that will support the growth of our business. In particular we are seeking service providers that support and inform the efficient and effective running of the HR and Training function, enabling us to provide a first class service to AS&CT employees.
We are working to tight deadlines, with the aim of having a system implemented by 1st July 2013.
