aspire sports and cultural trust is a charitable trust that operates on a not-for-profit basis. The Trust operates: GL1 Leisure Centre, Oxstalls Sports Park, and Estcourt Close.

Ensuring that there will be assistance for people to achieve a good introduction to sport and physical activity, to participate and stay involved in sport throughout their lives and to have the opportunity to achieve their own personal sporting, recreational and physical activity goals.

Maximising community involvement in developing the business and the facilities. Ensuring the low and unwaged are encouraged to use the facilities through relative pricing structures.

Providing high quality services and to gain quality accreditation in all areas possible focusing on customers and potential customers.

Building on current partnerships with Gloucester Schools Partnership, Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust. Lawn Tennis Association and the University of Gloucestershire, plus create new partnerships and ensure partnership working with Gloucester City Council.
