GL1 is opposite the ASDA Superstore just to the East of the City Centre, and within 5 minutes walk of bus, coach and train stations. A frequent and inexpensive Park-and-Ride bus service runs between the Cattle Market on St Oswald's Road and Clarence Street near the Bus Station.
Disabled drivers parking spaces, cycle / motorcycle racks with CCTV security and spaces reserved for parents with young children can be found close to the main entrance of GL1.
The entrance forecourt is double yellow lined, and is a DROP OFF zone only. Parking (apart from buses) is not permitted at any time in this area.
On-street parking in the local area is metered (free after 6pm and on Sundays). The nearest short stay NCP car park is in nearby Station Road / Nettleton Road, 2 minutes walk from the centre.
